Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the eligible product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Class Policy

Class registrations may be canceled for a refund or store credit up to seven (7) days prior to the start of class.

Within seven days of the class start date, class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If Sew-A-Lot cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances, participants will receive a refund or store credit.

Unless otherwise noted, class participants are expected to purchase required fabrics and supplies from Sew-A-Lot.

Website Availability

We strive to keep our website available and functioning properly; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability
